My appointment at Basin Dentistry was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome; Sam provided excellent service during check-in, and the waiting room was pleasant and comfortable. Next, Allie took my X-rays; she explained everything in great detail and was very kind. Dr. Bernuy; who is extremely knowledgeable and professional, examined me and gave me a detailed explanation of the X-rays, the reasons for my treatment, and the available options. Evelyn was my hygienist; she made me feel very comfortable and at ease, explaining every step of the cleaning process. checkout process with Tifany, who was very friendly and always had a lovely smile. I highly recommend Basin Dentistry; it is like visiting a dental spa.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Dr. Britt and her entire staff. Every experience I’ve had with her has been great. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stands out is that you can tell Dr. Britt genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and makes going to the dentist a much better experience than you’d normally expect. Her staff is also always welcoming and helpful. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust and feel confident going to, I definitely recommend Dr. Britt. I wouldn’t hesitate to send friends or family to her. Five stars!
